Frequently asked questions

Does this package clean mold?
The straight answer is NO. We do not clean mold with our interior package for a simple reason, the chemicals we do treat your seats with in the interior package are completely different from the ones in the mold package. So if there is a mold in your vehicle, please check our mold package.
What is NOT included?
This package does not include cleaning of the seatbelts, car headliner ceiling, mold removing, pet hair in LARGE amounts or any exterior work on the vehicle, If you require any of these please check our extra services or speak with some of our advisors over the phone.
How long it will take my seats to dry?
In most cases we will shampoo the seats only once and they are be dry 2-3 hours after completion. If the upholstery is in bad condition we need to shampoo it more than 2 times - in this case it may take longer.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by card or cash after completion.
What do you need from me?
Our vans are fully-equipped and 100% self-contained, which means we have power and water on board, so we only need enough room to park next to your vehicle.
How long it's going to take?

Small Cars - about 1+ hour
Medium Cars - about 1.5+ hours
Large Vehicles- 2+ hours
Extra Large Vehicles - 2.5+ hours

Does this package kills all of Odors and smells?
Most of the times - yes, but if there is any heavy smell, such as cigarette smoke, milk stains, pet smell, etc., you might need to add our Ozone and Airbomb treatments.
What if my car has a light colour interior?
If your vehicle has a light colour interior it's harder for us to get it looking brand new again. Please note that some stains can permanently damage the colors and fabrics of your car. Extra charge may apply.
